I'm a minmatar scout that doesn't dual tank, I'm not going to be fond of the weapon, and in it's current state it's more effective at close range than both my shotgun and SMG (both of which I just used against a SCR user and got bent over and penetrated) so yall have no right to complain.

You do realize you used "tank" and "scout" in the same sentence, especially "Minmatar." Speed or scan tanking, maybe.
